Sales is a team game but most people don’t realize they are playing.
Yes everyone on the team is a salesman. At Integrum there are 14 of us now, I’m the only one with a title that has Sales in it. But that doesn’t mean that the other 13 aren’t salesmen.
Every time you talk about your company or product you’re selling. You don’t even know it but you are. The way you talk about what you’re offering, the words you choose, the body language, the tone, all speak volumes to your audience – who are all potential clients.
Make sure that everyone who works on your team remembers this – that is selling just as much as talking to your leads. Put forth the good front and have everyone on the same page, because first impressions really do last.
